Is delivery provided?
We offer free self-collection at Redhill. Meet ups can also be arranged at Redhill/Ang Mo Kio/Jurong East MRT. We can arrange for a convenient timing based on your schedule. 
We charge a delivery of $30 for delivery to a specific address.

How do I place orders?
Please email us at info@favoratelier.com, stating the item code/quantity/wedding date, and we will be in touch asap!

What are the payment modes accepted?
We accept cash, cheque or fund transfer.

Can I customize my own design?
Yes, we are open for discussion should you be interested in customizing your designs/colors, depending on availability of materials.

Can I customize the contents of the gift boxes?
We currently offer predominently floral tea as content. We are open for discussion if you have other requests, although there might be higher costs involved than otherwise quoted on our website.

How far in advance should I place an order?
We typically recommend 1 - 2 months in advance in order for us to reserve the materials and finalize the details with you. For urgent orders, please contact us and we will try to do anything possible to fit it into our schedule.

Do we sell our favor boxes?
Yes, we do sell some of our packaging. Do email us indicating which design you are interested in, and we will quote the price accordingly.

Is customization of tags included in the prices?
Yes, the prices on our website includes all customization of tags.
